Are Afnan perfumes sold on this site authentic?
Yes, we are the official distributor in Egypt. All our products are 100% genuine, imported directly from Afnan Perfumes in the UAE, and come in their original sealed packaging.
What are the shipping times within Egypt?
We deliver to Cairo and Giza within 24-48 hours. For other governorates, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt. We also accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards and local digital wallets.
Can I return a perfume if I don't like the scent?
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we only accept returns for items that are still in their original, unopened shrink-wrap within 14 days of delivery. Once the seal is broken, the item cannot be returned.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an SMS and an email with a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress.
