To maintain hygiene and quality standards, items must be in their original packaging and shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the sealed product.
Quality Verification
Our quality control team will review your request to ensure the perfume bottle remains unopened and the original protective seal is intact.
Product Collection
Once approved, a courier will be dispatched to your location in Egypt within 3-5 business days to collect the item and return it to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
After the returned item passes physical inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method or via bank transfer, excluding shipping fees.
